Eligibility Criteria
BITSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology
- Minimum 75% aggregate in PCM/PCB
- Minimum 60% marks in each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Math/Biology)
- Final year students appearing in 2025 can also apply
Age Limit:
- For Admission in 2025: Born on or after January 1, 2001
- 5 years relaxation for Defense Personnel and their children
JEE Main Score:
- Must have appeared in JEE Main 2025
- No minimum percentile required in JEE Main, just appearance is mandatory
Number of Attempts:
- UNLIMITED ATTEMPTS - No restriction
- However, 12th percentage criteria must be met each time
Nationality:
- Indian nationals, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs all eligible
- Foreign nationals also eligible

BITSAT 2025 Syllabus
BITSAT syllabus is based on NCERT Class 11 and 12 curriculum. The exam tests Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (or Biology), English Proficiency, and Logical Reasoning.
Part I: Physics (40 Questions | 120 Marks)
- Units & Measurements, Kinematics, Laws of Motion
- Work, Energy & Power, Rotational Motion, Gravitation
- Thermodynamics, Kinetic Theory, Oscillations & Waves
- Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetism, EM Induction
- Optics, Modern Physics, Electronics
Part II: Chemistry (40 Questions | 120 Marks)
- Physical Chemistry: Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, States of Matter, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Electrochemistry, Kinetics
- Organic Chemistry: Basic Concepts, Hydrocarbons, Haloalkanes, Alcohols, Aldehydes, Ketones, Acids, Amines, Biomolecules
- Inorganic Chemistry: Periodic Table, s-p-d-f Block Elements, Coordination Compounds, Metallurgy
Part III: Mathematics (45 Questions | 135 Marks)
- Algebra, Trigonometry, Two Dimensional Coordinate Geometry
- Three Dimensional Coordinate Geometry, Differential Calculus

Part IV: English Proficiency (15 Questions | 45 Marks)

Part V: Logical Reasoning (10 Questions | 30 Marks)
- Analogies, Series, Coding-Decoding, Logical Deduction
Difficulty: BITSAT is considered slightly easier than JEE Advanced but tougher than JEE Main. Time management is crucial!
